The flat is ideally situated with the college less than a ten-minute walk away.
A workstation, a fifty-inch television, and four wonderful roommates—three guys and one woman—are the complete furniture.
Even though three additional people would share the full bathroom, the monthly rent with utilities included would only be $480.
