Hey all! My roommate just moved to Clarksville and I’m looking for someone to take over his spot.
The lease will run to September or October.
After which there is a good chance I'll be moving in with my partner.
It is a 1bed 1bath apartment located off of Charolette Pike within 5-10 driving minutes of plenty of shopping.
Publix, Krogers, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc.
Bills don't generally get above $520per month for each person.
That includes power, internet, and water.
It all depends on the temp and types of electronics you have and use on a regular basis.
Fairly well insulted space for not being an updated unit.
Washer and dryer are in unit and I will likely not be taking them when I move out.
The common area is pretty barren as we both spent most of our time in our rooms.
But feel free to bring whatever furniture and decor you like, won't bother me.
If it makes you happy and comfortable, I'm all for it.
A little bit about me so you can decide whether or not replying to this is worth it for you.
I am a 35 year old male who is the GM of a donut and coffee spot close to Downtown.
There will be some days that I'm up and getting ready for work around 2/3AM, so if you're a light sleeper this may not be the best arrangement for you.
Other than that I'm generally a quiet guy that tends to keep to himself.
But, if the vibe is right and we end up hanging out and chilling then I'm all for it.
420 friendly but nothing harder than that, and I don’t drink very often.
I'm open to all peoples regardless of categorizations.
As long as you pay your bills on time, respect our shared spaces, and my privacy, I don't care what you do.
Your friends are more than welcome to come over as long as they respect our space and any boundaries or agreements we make.
Your religious beliefs are your own and I don't care but I am agnostic with a penchant for darker aesthetics.
I've got an 80 lb pitmix thats becoming an old man and who has
gotten along with dogs and cats thus far.
