I rent my bedroom and i have a futon and big sofa in my living room.
I am willing to rent the sofa to someone stable and cool who works full time.
I am up around 4:45 for work at 5:30 am.
I have indoor/ outdoor cats.
Sometimes the litterbox smells like a litterbox but i stay on top of it.
I have some drinks after work and smoke hookah a few times a week.
first month and half of last month rent to move in so $900.
