My wife and I have been married for over 44 years We are considering renting a room to someone who would be compatible with our way of living.
We are looking for someone with good morals, is clean, courteous, kind and trustworthy.

The room is furnished.
It includes a bed with bedding, Chester drawer, dresser drawer w/ mirror, nightstands, a small refrigerator, microwave, chair and TV.
Also included is the use of a shared bathroom, kitchen, washer and dryer in other sections of the house.
Flooring is hardwood.
The rent is $910 a month or $210 each week.
Please note that this amount can be reduced for a longer term agreement.
Rental includes utilities, high speed Internet and just about everything a person could desire with television entertainment.
You'll use a streaming device and on it you'll see apps for Apple TV Plus, Apple Music, Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Paramount Plus, Peacock, Spectrum cable, YouTube and many other apps.
All of this is free.

We are on a bluff overlooking a small lake and beyond it, the Cumberland River.
A nature lover's paradise.
Hundreds of trees.
If you hike, about a half mile down our property, you will be around the middle of the popular Bicentennial Trail.
No one can see the house on the trail.
The driveway and parking is on concrete.
We live in a brick home located in a small subdivision (11 homes total) around 1/2 mile from Highway 12 North.
It is around 18 miles from the Briley Parkway and Highway 12 intersection.
Smoking permitted outside, but we have zero tolerance for smoking in the house.
Recreational drugs are not permitted.
Please note that I've posted a smaller room on Craigslist and the rent is $180 per week.
Also, the rental could be reduced in exchange for an individual with skills in home repair and improvements.
