I will be moving to a new Townhouse in a superb neighborhood sometime in January and I will be renting the master bedroom upstairs.
The bedroom has its own bathroom, and two closets, it is also unfurnished so you can add your own decor style to it.
Next to the room is a loft that will be mostly for your own use with the exception of a rare family visit that may need to spend the night.
I will be adding a sitting area with a pull-out bed and/or TV/desk.
Parking on driveway only, or street, Elm Hill Marina 5 mins away, Priest Lake, 5 mins, less than 10 min to BNA, and I40.
Rent will be $1100 plus 1/3 utilities.
