We have a newly remodeled room for rent in the Donelson area.
The room comes fully furnished as seen in the photos.
It has a private entrance and bathroom.
Common areas include the kitchen and laundry room.
We are asking for $1000,00 monthly with a $500 security deposit (fully refundable after moving out).
The rent includes electricity, WiFi, free Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max.
Parking is roadside.
We are offering a 6 month lease starting out.
If both parties are in agreement, we can extend to a yearly lease.
This is a LGBTQ friendly environment.
My husband and I also live on the premises and we have a small dog.
We are seeking the ideal roommate.
My husband works in marketing and I work in the healthcare field.
I work remotely so I am home most of the time.
This is also a smoke free environment.
