Flexible sublet available in West Nashville
Hey all! Looking to sublet my 4 bedroom/2.
5 bathroom home in Charlotte Park for about 6 months, could be somewhat flexible on timing) starting in ~February timeframe.
I’m also open to having 2 people sign a one year lease, with the possibility that I would be back in the summer and living here too.
If that were the case, rent would be ~$1000/person
Rent: $2800/month for the whole place, or $900 per person otherwise.
Master bedroom would be furnished with a king bed + mattress.
Living room would be furnished with couch, coffee table, media cabinet, and tv.
Location is very close to the I-40/Briley Pkwy split.
Very convenient to all the shopping on the West side and usually a 10-15 minute drive to downtown.
Also free access to my Peloton in the garage!
About me: (this is relevant if you're interested in the year-long option, since I might be staying here again starting in June/July).
