A tenant/roommate must be a female.
The room is furnished with a Roku TV, a table with a chair, a rocking chair, a dresser, a portable rack, and an electric fireplace console.
New bath towels, a new pillow, and new bed comforters will be provided.
The utilities are included.
I have two elementary kids and two dogs.
Since I have an unfixed female dog and small rabbits, I cannot have additional pets.
My rabbits usually stay outdoors unless the weather is bad.
It requires screening such as a background check, proof of income, and references.
