Hello I have 1 room for rent in my 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house on 3/4 of an acre.
I am a retired Firefighter/Paramedic from south Florida and now work as a nurse.
WiFi and Utilities are included.
I have a cat and a dog so I’m not looking for more animals.
Must be smoke free, drug free as well as pass a background check.
You will have full access to the kitchen, washer and dryer and living room, treat it like your house and clean up after yourself.
There is one other, male, roommate you will have to share a bathroom with.
The room is furnished with a 43”TV, queen size bed with a heads up base, dresser, linen .
I ask for first and security.
