Room in exchange for light care giving (Hermitage)

Looking for stable female room mate to provide care for my mother in exchange for rent- includes private 1BR with private bath in hall.
This would be a perfect fit for a grad student, traveling nurse, etc.
The main care will be driving her to doctors appointments all within 5-6 miles from home 2 times/week on average, occasional grocery shopping, cleaning dishes after meals, occasional help with laundry & bedding change.
There is already a weekly housekeeper so basically just upkeep of the home during cleanings.
Mom is an amazing cook and usually cooks meals for all 4-5 times a week! I live a few doors down and check in with Mom daily or more often.
An attorney will draw up a contract that both parties can agree to.
