This is a single-family home, four bedroom, bath on over of an acre in Madison which is a sub development in north Nashville.
The house has fast internet WiFi from Xfinity, two-year-old front loading wash machine and dryer, you have full access to the kitchen and common areas.
There’s also an air fryer, toaster oven and blender.
Of course a fridge, oven and microwave.
Treat it like your own.
A house cleaner comes every few weeks to clean the common areas, but obviously still clean up after yourself Your room has half a bath room, but will have to share the shower with one other tenant (who has had a background check) y/o male.
A female had this room last, and I would be happy to provide her information for a reference.
