Rent is $850 including all utilities (gas (heat/hot water), electric, trash, water, internet).
The room is large with a built in closet, arched window, and non-functional hearth.
The room gets really nice light in the afternoon - photos don't do it justice, it's a beautiful space.
The room is available June 1.
The current housemates are two chill men in our early 30's who work during the day.
We are both pretty busy and generally keep to our own schedules, but we do try and do something together occasionally.
We are looking for someone friendly and empathetic who is reasonably quiet and will commit to keeping common areas clean.
