Hi! I am offering my extra bedroom to rent for preferably a short lease ( 3 months) open to longer for the right fit! The room is a good size and you will have the main bathroom to yourself as I occupy and use the master with the en-suite.
Looking for m/f working professional or going to school.
You’d have access to the whole apartment ( washer and dryer in unit) no pets please.
Just looking for a respectful person and a good fit! About me: I’m a 34 year old working professional.
And just like to chill out on my down time.
I’m pretty laid back can be chatty or keep to myself.
I’m new to the state so don’t have much going on, but visit family quite often.
I do have one cat who can be meowy if he does not get attention but otherwise such a sweet boy! Message me for details or if you want to see the place.
Disclaimers: I do have upstairs neighbors that can get a bit stompy.
If you are over 18 you will need to be added to the lease ( I can get those details for you) The apartment is older so lots of quirks - but I just call it charm! Rent includes utilities ( water electric internet)
