My roommate and I have been the only 2 people here, but we're looking to now split the rent 3 ways instead of 2 ways.
This brand new 2100 sq ft home is located in the new Waters Edge housing division off Carothers Pkwy in Franklin.
My roommate and I have been living here for a little under a year, and we love it.
There is a walking trail, gym, and pool available to all residents.
The available room is carpeted and unfurnished with a full bath next to it.
The bedroom is downstairs and has been used as my office, so I will clear it out for you.
The bathroom has barely been used as a guest bathroom, and the shower & tub have not been used at all.
You will have your own private entrance to the house as well as primary use of the shared living room space because my current roommate and I have our own additional space.
I have the bonus room upstairs, and she has a sitting room next to her bedroom with her own private entrance.
We have a 2-car garage that my roommate and I occupy, but you will be able to park in the driveway behind my roommate because she works from home, and her car sits in the garage most of the time.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including the fridge, microwave, and sink.
There is a large pantry for your food.
The laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer.
You will be joining a lease that ends on May 31st and will have the opportunity to renew it.
The rent is $800, and utilities will run you about $100 / per month to include cable, electric, gas, and water.
The big screen television in the living room is a brand new Samsung with all the apps for you to log-in to your streaming services.
Seeking a roommate who is employed and can provide proof of employment and who also is willing to undergo a modest background check.
Again, please no male applicants as we are both women and only want to live with another woman primarily for safety purposes.
This is a great fit for a traveling nurse, flight attendant, teacher, or any professional who wants a clean, quiet, safe neighborhood in a house with people who also work.
The ideal roommate will be clean, polite, a non-smoker, and have no pets.
We love animals, but with three adults in a house, we want to keep it clean and uncrowded.
We're okay with guests for dinner / visits, but we do ask for a heads up prior to their arrival.
We also ask for a limit of overnight guests, and we don't prefer men staying overnight as that can quickly get out of hand and can also become invasive to the other women in the house.
