Looking for a woman roommate/ live in sitter

Hello , I’m thinking about looking for someone to come live in with me temporary for a couple weeks to start off with.
Maybe long term if it works out.
Going thru a divorce.
I have my boys with me in the house .
I live alone with them.
I need an adult to watch them so I can work more.
They’re 12/11.
There’s a bedroom that’s empty.
You could use as well a bathroom next to it.
I live in Madison.
Safe neighborhood, cameras on the property.
I need someone with a car sometime help take them to the bus stop or school.
I guess free rent for now, in exchange to watch my boys, I’ll even pay you in some occasions .
They don’t need nothing and are well behaved .
I need someone who can be home 8pm to 8am ideally.
We have 50/50 split custody.
