You will have the whole upstairs area to yourself with the exception of the very rare occasional family visit that may need to use the loft (haven’t had any in over 5 years).
The room is spacious, very private and has two generously sized closets.
About me: I work from home, have two cats and stay as physically active as possible, engage in various outdoor activities and music venues.
I don’t drink much and do not smoke or vape.
Looking for only one roommate with no pets and non smoker.
Prefer you do not work from home but if you have a hybrid workplace it might be ok.
Rent is monthly and split utilities, however, you will only be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities.
Townhome is located in The Hamptons at Woodland Point townhomes community.
