Also sports a beautiful Samsung 65" Smart TV with ROKU enabled.
Renter *may* also have access to my personal Roku account which includes Amazon Prime Video with access to AMC+, Shudder, Discovery+ and more.
Off-street parking for one vehicle in our driveway.
Giant back yard with access to multiple BBQ pits and a trampoline (What!?).
