My home has granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steels appliances, washer/dryer and hardwood floors on the main level.
The main area of the home will be furnished with the exception of your bedroom.
We will have plenty of space between us as your bedroom / bathroom is on the lowest level, the kitchen & living area is on the main level & my bedroom is on the top.
You’re welcome to use the garage to park your car.
Rent is $1,450 (we will split the cost of utilities - I will cover the $200 HOA fee each month) and a one-time $1,000 refundable deposit is required upon move in.

An animal lover is a must as I have two sweet rescue kitties.
