I am a 33 yr old female and have 2 open rooms March 1st or last week of February.
Need to be able to sign a year lease.
Steady income and good credit needed.
Small room doesn't have a closet but can fit a queen bed and dressers.

Shared bath - 1100 + 1/3 utilities.
Medium room - big closet, shared bath - 1300 + 1/3 utilities
Apartment is close to Monrovia mall, and the freeway exit.
Ours has huge vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, AC, a pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts and Amazon hub 2 parking spots for these 2 rooms but they are tandem spots so you'll need to coordinate.
Please have steady job, looking for ages between 25 and 45 and no parties.
Please be quiet, courteous and respectful.
Guests occasionally allowed but please be clean and quiet as to respect people sleeping.
