Your bedroom is the larger of the two.
It's furnished with a queen-sized bed, 50 inch TV, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and has a walk-in closet.
There are also two pieces of exercise equipment.
If you like them, great.
If you don't, we'll get rid of them.
You also have your own full bathroom, with shower/tub.
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished; kitchen has cookware, silverware etc.
There's an in-unit washer & dryer.
Outside, we have off street parking (parking lot) a pool, and a small workout space in the Office/Clubhouse.
Nightly security provided.
Apartment is 970 square ft.
It's available to move in now.
There's a 2 animal limit on pets, and I have two cats.
Sorry about that.
The base rent, sewer, garbage, pest control, etc.
, fees come to $793 per person.
The rest of the utilities - electric, water, internet - come to $112 per person.
So, your total per month would be $905 for rent and all utilities.
All you've got left is phone, food and gas.
My "weekend" is every Thursday and Friday, so that's the best time to see the place.
If that's not workable for you, we'll figure something out.
The apartment complex itself is pretty quiet; mostly working families with little kids.
Maintenance responds to requests pretty quickly, and the office staff are nice people.
New residents all receive background checks.
You'll need to show proof of financial responsibility (like, a job) and that you're not an axe murderer or werewolf or something.
