!!! Roommate Wanted !!! Hello Everybody! My name is Andrew and I just moved to the Nashville area.
I've owned a house here for three years that I've been renting out, but now that I'm here I need to find two roommates to share the house with me.
The house is in the fun Sylvan park neighborhood, and is less than a ten minute drive from McCabe Park, Richland Park, Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and Downtown.
Each room has its own private bathroom with shower/tub, closet, and a personal parking spot.
The rent per month is $1,200 per person.
Utilities are split equally between all people.
Medium to small dogs are welcome if they are friendly and can coexist well with my senior pug.
Unfortunately no cats because I am allergic .
I'm a relaxed 27 year old guy finishing my Master's degree in public librarianship.
Totally easy going with every type of person so long as they're responsible and respectful as a person and as a tenant.
