I am a 23 year-old male who works in Finance at Nashville and is looking for a roommate to cut costs of living.
I am very easy-going guy who's not the "Finance-Bro" type.
Looking for someone in their 20s as well, whether a professional or student.
A little bit more about me is that I frequent East Nashville's indie music scene.
I also read, write, run, and hike in my free time.
I typically go to bed very early (9-10pm) but am open to night owls as long as its respectfully not too loud.
My lease at my current place will expire on July 15th and so confirmation 60 days before (May 15th) is needed.
I have a good amount of furniture at my current room (a futon, loveseat, wall decor, two bar stools, coffee table, 65-inch TV with its table, and a small bookshelf) which I can easily move to the new two-bedroom room.
If you were to move-in, we would lease the B1 or B2 two-bedroom rooms for the year (see below for a link you can copy/paste into your browser).
