We are renting a room in our house.
We are situated across the street from Belmont University and just behind Vanderbilt, a 5-10 minute walk to campus.
This person will have access to the kitchen, garden and rest of the house.
Built in the 1930's, our home is simply furnished with a nice yard.
We also have two indoor-outdoor cats, Solar and Eclipse.
We enjoy renting to people of all origins and cultures and we really have a preference for international graduate students.
No couples nor folks with pets.
Utilities included.
Fully furnished.
