I have loved those areas for years, and would like to explore and enjoy them while I still can.
And I like people and think I would get very lonely unless I shared a space, even though I mostly keep to myself.
Very quiet, considerate, clean, no drama.
I like to cook, and kitchen use is much appreciated (I will pay for my own groceries and cleaning/paper products of course).
I work outside of the house for a couple hours 3-4 days a week.
Also expect to go visit family several days a month.
I don’t smoke, drink, do drugs or gamble….
And two of those statements are iron-clad truth and two have minor provisos lol.
I may drink a margarita or three in a year, and visit the slots a couple times a year as well.
I passed a background check this winter for my job, passing another for you is no hassle.
I drive a 2024 vehicle.
I have been caring for my mom for six years, and she is entering a nice assisted living/memory care place in mid-April.
I can relocate any time after that.
