Looking for someone to split a house (Nashville)

I am looking for someone responsible who wants to go in on renting a home.
Preferably the biggest one we could afford together.

like $1500-2000 I actually currently have a place here in town, but I need a Bigger place.
Not the actual building, but I am a contractor with a lot of tools, need storage (garage/shed) and a yard for playing with my dog , which occupies a lot of my time.
I have a veeeerry well trained shepherd.
I don't own much besides my tools and a guitar or two.
Very boring quiet lifestyle, and love it! Went looking at places and I can get a small house, but I realized if I teamed up with one other person we could probably get even a better place.
I'm open minded to lots of situations as long as the person is responsible .
Not really into lving with a couple unless you guys have been together for a loooooong time.
