Part time room wanted to rent 11 nights per month (Nashville)

I come to Nashville once a month for 11 nights from Kentucky to drive for Uber.
62 Year old responsible man looking for a part time room rental with private bath for those nights.
Willing to pay $400 for furnished bedroom for those nights once a month.
Will barely be there except to sleep in evenings.
Good way for you to make extra cash without a full time tenant.
The person I am currently renting from is selling his house.
