$2500 finders fee. room/bath (Mount Juliet)

I am looking to downsize and I am in search of a private room and bath in an already occupied house.
not interested in an apartment.
I will pay anyone up to $2500 to help me find that room.
If you know someone who has a spare bedroom/bathroom then let me know.
I work full time in Mt Juliet and I will pay the finders fee in cash money.
