1979 Peavey T-60 - $900 (Nashville)

Early 1979 Peavey T-60 electric guitar with original chainsaw case.
Pre-patent (patent applied for) in rare sienna burst.
Has been set up and electronics cleaned (had some scratchy pots).
This is one of the earliest guitars in this model’s production run.
Plays exactly how it should.
The pickups are killer! PAF-style humbuckers that can be split into single coils with the turn of a knob.
Revolutionary electronics for its time.
That combined with the phase switches offer a bunch of great tones.
Went back and forth on selling it, but I can’t quite get comfortable with its slimmer profile neck.
I prefer chunkier necks, but if slim is your thing, you might just love it.
Heavier like a Les Paul.
Some common heat shrinkage/warping on the pick guard and a few normal scuffs (see photos), but it’s in *great* shape for its age.
