This is a remote (work from anywhere in the continental United States) position.
What You’ll Do
As an Analytics Engineer/Sr Analytics Engineer, you will work collaboratively on an agile team to deliver creative data-driven solutions.
Your impact will be immediate and will directly enable our utility partners to improve stewardship of energy efficiency, demand response, storage, electric vehicles, and renewable energy technology.
How You’ll Succeed
Connect with product managers, machine learning engineers, data engineers, software developers, and other analytics engineers to design and develop analytics solutions
Develop and maintain data products that deliver insights through data visualizations in Power BI
Build, orchestrate, test, and maintain data transformations of data using SQL and Python
Apply software engineering best practices to our analytics code base
Embrace collaboration and brainstorm with other team members on how to continuously drive the product forward

As required by the various Pay Transparency laws, DNV provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado, California, Washington, or New York.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the states of Colorado, California, Washington, and New York only, the range of starting pay for this role is $100,000 - $135,000.
About you
What is Required
An undergraduate or advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working with ELT/ETL pipelines, data transformation, and modeling
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL and Python is required
Business Intelligence development experience is required.
Power BI is preferred.
Equivalent experience in Tableau or other BI tools acceptable
Experience working with product teams would be awesome
