The Regional Planning team within North America Transportation Services (NATS) is hiring a results-oriented Program Manager to lead the regional-level efforts that contribute to the efficient flow of packages throughout the supply chain.
As part of NATS Transportation Planning team, the Regional Planning team works cross-functionally with supply chain partner teams to drive capacity plan compliance, perform risk assessments, and develop solves which address capacity gaps constraining the network.
As a Regional Planner, you will lead the capacity conversations for two or three regions in the US, working with NACF to ensure ship plans are met, with middle mile partners to set site-level capacity that unconstrain upstream nodes, and with last mile carriers (1P and 3P) to meet customer experience targets (Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA), Speed).
Key job responsibilities - Drive compliance and execution of regional-level capacity plans.
- Review regional-level capacity plans and identify potential constraints risks to volume flow.
- Work with partners across the supply chain to develop action plans that address capacity constraints and risks.
- Proactively propose solutions to capacity constraints identified across the supply chain.
- Lead (and support) capacity enhancement initiatives.
- Deploy mechanisms that will allow for long-term, sustained capacity solves.
- Prioritize customers by developing solutions that improve DEA and Speed at the most optimal cost.
A day in the life - Evaluate capacity plan compliance across transportation partner teams.
- Follow established mechanisms that bridge, deep dive, and propose solutions to capacity plan misses.
- Assess capacity gaps and risks, leading the conversations to deploy actions that address existing network blockers, including volume steering efforts.
- Analyze and minimize customer experience impact of capacity opportunities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
