The Home Health Preceptor Nurse position:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide support and guidance needed to integrate new nurses with All Heart Home Care.
The goal is to ensure all new clinicians become independent and clinically competent members of All Heart Family.
The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations.
We are currently interviewing for a full-time position based out of our Nashville Home Health office.
This position covers Davidson and surrounding county areas.
QUALIFICATIONS for Registered Nurse (RN):
Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee RN license or Compact license
Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
One or more years home health experience
Self-motivated and customer service oriented
Must be able to pass background and drug screening
Current CPR certification
Minimum of six months of experience in nursing education, training, and/ or precepting (preferred)
