Epiphany Wellness in Tennessee is currently seeking a Licensed Primary Therapist to join our dedicated team.
This position plays a crucial role in observing and monitoring patients during treatment, fulfilling assigned reporting duties, and contributing to the overall well-being of our organization.

*Responsibilities:*
* Group Facilitation
* Individual Counseling
* Crisis Intervention
* Documentation/Scheduling
* Treatment Planning
* Other duties as determined by the Executive Director
*Schedule:*
(3) 12hr shifts, (1) 4hr shift: Mon, Tues, Thurs | 9am-9pm; Sat 9am-1pm
*Qualifications:*
* Active or Pending LCADC, LCADC II, LSW, or LCSW; preferred
* Certified EMDR Therapist; preferred
* Master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
* Must be a self-starter, organized, and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office software; preferred
