Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in CT, case management, mammography, venipuncture, neonatal ventilator, sterile processing, spinal tap, diagnostic evaluation, catheterization, or health coaching is highly desirable
