Travel Nurse - Acute Rehab NOC

Evolve Healthcare is seeking a Travel Acute Rehab Registered Nurse for a 13 week contract at St.
Thomas Rehab Hospital- NASHVILLE, TN.
Schedule is 1900pm-0730 am; 36 hours/week 3 x 12 hour shifts.
Every Other Weekend.
Contract length is 13 weeks.
Projected start date is ASAP pending credentialing *Compensation* is $2,142 gross per week including a tax free housing and meal stipend of $1,476 paid every Friday.
W2 wage is $18/hr on 36 hrs.
*Duties:* - Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting - Assess and monitor patients' conditions and progress - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families on various topics *Experience:* - Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of [TN/Compact] - Minimum of [2] years of experience acute care nursing - BLS from AHA - ACLS preferred - Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
