We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.
As a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized, patient-centered care that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, lifestyle, and dietary factors, to create personalized treatment plans.
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results to gain insights into patients' health conditions.
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols, integrating conventional and complementary therapies to address patients' health concerns.
* Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
* If needed: Monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, dietitians, and holistic practitioners, to provide comprehensive care.
* Stay current with developments in functional medicine, attending conferences and continuing education programs to expand knowledge and expertise.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in TN
* Certification in Functional Medicine or a strong background in holistic and integrative healthcare.
* Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to develop rapport with patients and provide compassionate care.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
* Familiar with FLCCC protocols.
