Key job responsibilities
PMO Leadership
- Defines program scopes, goals, and deliverables to align with ACT organizational objectives
- Drives collaboration in a complex super matrix organization
- Identifies and drives critical business partner alignment
- Maintains effective stakeholder communication and builds rapport across critical business teams
- Communicates key insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ability to deliver project milestones where there is conflicting internal goal alignment
- Recognizes and works to create launch playbooks in various geographical domains
Financial Acumen
- Drives guidance in the profit and loss structure when new business launches occur
- Understands the various components of a financial statement
- Ability to work cross functionally to provide business requirements to internal tax, intercompany and transfer pricing teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $111,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
