Our wellness-focused grooming service includes our nose-to-tail wellness exams and 7-step preventative care process to prioritize our members’ health, and our team of veterinary professionals always keep things fear-free.
And, to make things easy for dog moms and dads, we provide online scheduling, transparent pricing, and the convenience of next-day appointments.
*Why Choose Groom Club?* * Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $16-20/hour plus opportunities for tips (expected approximate tips of $30,000 annually)! Guaranteed 32 hours of pay per week! No stress of commission work, grooming maximum 6 dogs per day.
* Comprehensive Training: Participate in a 5-week paid training program, mastering Groom Club’s 7-Step Total Care process and earning your Fear Free Groomer Certification.

*Position Responsibilities:* * Training: Successfully complete our 5-week training program, mastering Groom Club’s 7-Step Total Care process.
* Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of each dog’s coat condition, skin health, and overall well-being, communicating findings to pet parents and logging notes in our virtual pet profile tool.
* Grooming: Service up to 6 dogs per day, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the grooming process.
Groom Club is focused on bathing and will not provide breed-specific cuts, only an all-over cut.
* Education: Educate pet parents on proper grooming and total wellness techniques, recommending appropriate products for home care.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and friendliness.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers and leadership, participating in company events and volunteer work.
*Qualifications:* * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant or technician.
CVT preferred, but not required.
Some dog grooming experience required, but can be in form of friends/family/foster/shelter.
* Driving: Competency and confidence in driving a large Mercedes Benz Sprinter, or willingness to learn.
* License: Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record.
* Physical Requirements: Good vision and hearing, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform tasks such as standing, sitting, bending, and kneeling.
* Comfort: Comfortable with exposure to dogs, pet-related substances, and cleaning solutions.
