Nurse (RN or LPN) - EPS

If so, we’d love to connect with you! We are Mental Health Cooperative (MHC), and we’re looking for a Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our EPS team! MHC is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) committed to providing high quality, safe services for our consumers and the communities we serve.
You’ll provide and coordinate consumer care, educate consumers about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to consumers and their family.
You will be a liaison for consumers between medical staff, care managers, and medical community.

Schedule: 7p-7:30a, swing shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) Pay: $32-36/hr (overnight shift differential: $3/hr & weekend shift differential $4/hr) To join our team, you’ll need: A collaborative spirit working with consumers and medical professionals to establish, coordinate, and implement care delivery Understanding to leverage nursing process to evaluate consumer’s progress towards goals and apply appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes Nursing evaluation and assessment skills and communicate as needed with current Primary Care Physician for medical and treatment needs Clinical experience developing and implementing treatment plans Willingness to work with children and youth Valid Tennessee RN/LPN License, Phlebotomy skills and ability to give injections We’re especially looking for someone who’s: Highly collaborative and thrives working on a team Diligent in tracking consumer’s progress and be an advocate for the consumer As a member of the MHC team, you’ll belong to a collaborative and relationship driven team that offers; Professional Growth Opportunities Competitive Pay & Benefits (Generous 401K Matching & PTO) MHC is an equal opportunity employer.
