Maintenance Technician

We are a local family-owned property management company that has a full-time opportunity for general labor/maintenance position.
HVAC knowledge is a huge plus! Applicant should be reliable & have a positive attitude! Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $20 - $25+ per hour; depending on experience Qualifications: * Clean driving record * Valid Driver's License with no restrictions * Able to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM -including some weekends & overtime on occasion * Beneficial but not required to be a Rutherford County resident * Must be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus We offer Employer paid basic life insurance.
We do not have major medical insurance.
There are a few other insurance options available, employee paid.

Experience Level: 1 year Schedule: * Day Shift * Holidays (Some) * Monday - Friday * On Call, rotational * Overtime, on occasion * Weekend availability when on call & occasional OT Ability to commute or relocate to Murfreesboro, TN Work Location: Properties located throughout Murfreesboro & Smyrna with one centralized office.
