Position Overview: As a Full-Time GI/Scope Tech at New Salem Surgery Center, you will be an integral part of our gastroenterology team, responsible for assisting in various endoscopic procedures.
This position offers a stable work schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up the endoscopy suite for GI procedures.
Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, ensuring equipment readiness.
Maintain and clean endoscopic equipment according to established protocols.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the safety and comfort of patients.

Required Skills
Previous experience as a GI/Scope Tech or similar role.
Knowledge of endoscopy equipment and procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Certification as a GI Technician is a plus.
USPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
