\*Complete appropriate and accurate documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
\*Vaccinated against COVID -19
\*Current TN Nursing License
\*Current CPR card
\*Negative TB test (1 or 2 step, chest x-ray or quantiferon)
\*Recent physical or physical statement (stating you are able to work without restrictions)
\*One year of RECENT facility experience, working directly with patients
*\*RELIABILITY IS A MUST*
