This role involves several responsibilities, including building and maintaining client relationships, identifying repair and remanufacturing opportunities, overseeing consignment-managed Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, and managing project execution.
We require a candidate with a strong background in industrial sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients needing industrial equipment repair and remanufacturing services.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring their needs are met at the highest standard.
Collaborate with our internal team to customize solutions aligning with clients' requirements.
Repair and Remanufacturing Expertise: Develop an expert-level understanding of our repair and remanufacturing services.
Educate clients about the advantages of repair and remanufacturing over replacement, emphasizing cost savings and sustainability.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' equipment and components to determine feasibility for repair and remanufacturing.
Consignment VMI Management: Partner with clients to establish and oversee consignment VMI programs.
Continuously monitor inventory levels, ensuring prompt replenishment.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize inventory management.
Project Management: Lead the seamless execution of repair and remanufacturing projects.
Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet stringent quality standards.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
Produce regular reports on sales activities, client engagements, and project status.
Collaborate with management to devise strategies rooted in market insights.
Travel: This role may necessitate frequent travel to meet with clients, assess equipment, and supervise project installations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred).
Demonstrated track record in industrial sales or a related field.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven aptitude for project management and organizational proficiency.
Familiarity with industrial equipment and repair processes is advantageous.
Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
