*What You Will Do:* * Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote client growth and healing.
* Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring their individual needs are met and treatment plans are tailored to their unique circumstances.
* Provide crisis intervention and management, employing appropriate techniques and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
* Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
* Oversee case management, coordinating client care and ensuring they receive holistic services that address their needs.
* Facilitate family counseling sessions to support the healing process and promote healthy relationships.
* Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director, fellow therapists, and support staff to deliver a coordinated and effective approach to client care.
* Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness to provide individualized and culturally responsive therapy.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field.
* Communicate effectively with various program departments to ensure seamless client care and information sharing.

*Qualifications:* * Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health counseling.
* Current LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT license required.
* Certified EMDR Therapist; preferred * CPR certification preferred.
* Strong communication, observation, and written skills.
* Knowledge of state and federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality.
* Understanding of drug-free workplace policies.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
* Knowledge of mental health aftercare resources.
* Experience facilitating support groups.
* Crisis intervention skills and experience.
* Proficient in clinical documentation and record-keeping.
* Commitment to cultural competency and providing diverse perspectives.
