Nurse Practitioner

Part time Nurse Practitioner needed for both remote and at our office location.
Description Role and Responsibilities: Communicate with patients over the phone to obtain medically relevant information Performs a subspecialty appropriate physical exam, obtains complete medical history and records findings Orders appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures Interprets and integrates data to determine diagnosis and therapeutic plan Administers medications and injections in compliance with state law and clinic guidelines.
Instructs patient/family regarding medications and treatments Educates patients regarding health and illness management Collaborates with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.
Provides monitoring and continuity of care Maintains and reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.
Triages patient telephone calls and provides consultation Maintains patient confidentiality Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: Good Interpersonal and communication skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to use Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other clinical programs Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Required Education and Experience: 3+ years’ experience of professional Nursing experience BSN, MSN, or MPAS preferred.
Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
Current State License Salary $55 - $60 per hour
