This position is to provide leadership for facility services and security at the Williamson Campus.
The Director/Coordinator will facilitate and manage contracted services in the areas of Building Maintenance, Custodial Services, Maintenance of Grounds and Security.
Additional duties include receiving, mail and inventory services for the campus.
Essential Functions:
Lead and manage facilities services for the Williamson Campus.
Manage agreements and monitor quality of work with contracted services.
Lead for handling and resolving issues with contracted services.
Oversee the campus maintenance plan.
Lead for Emergency preparedness plans.
Liaison for the Williamson Campus to the Director of Facilities Services and Safety.
Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and healthy environment for students, staff, faculty and visitors
Responsible for overflow parking site(s) and shuttle services.
Hiring manager and supervisor for part-time shuttle drivers
Other activities as directed by the Vice President.
Supplemental Functions:
Responsible for receiving function, ensures incoming shipments are distributed.
Responsible for key/card control and key/card inventory and records.
Responsible for operating the computer based electronic access system to allow doors to be opened at times identified by the assigned Campus Administrator.
Oversight of recycling and waste pickups, monitor waste hoppers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Training and Experience Required:
Associate Degree or higher
3 years of custodial and/or maintenance experience in a similar environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Products
Experience working with contracted services.
Valid Tennessee driver’s license
Basic knowledge of the materials and equipment, tools and maintenance/custodial practices

Hiring Salary Range: $46,320 - $57,890
