Position: Talent Engagement Specialist Monogram Health is seeking a full-time Talent Engagement Specialist to devise strategies in maintaining a clear and active line of communication and engagement within the workplace.
They must manage the flow of communications across different departments, all while prioritizing timeliness and accuracy.
They will also help build a coherent and cohesive approach around describing the Employee Experience at Monogram.
This role will be accountable for helping in the creation and management of employee engagement activities including but not limited to recognition, employee events and celebrations, and community service.
Additionally, they must participate in writing and editing communication materials, reports, correspondence, memos, and more.
There are also instances when they have to produce presentations, disseminate information, and utilize various mediums such as photos, audio recordings, and videos.
Furthermore, as an internal communications specialist, it is essential to develop action plans while implementing the company's policies and regulations.
This role will work directly with the HR leadership, business partners, and business leaders with strong connections to our marketing and social media areas.
Roles and Responsibilities Creating and implementing internal/employee and recruiting communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal and external audiences Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across the company that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all offices and remote colleagues Develops communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, Zoom and other platforms, town halls, small group meetings, etc.
) to articulate key messages Ensures communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with company priorities and themes Uses internal tools as appropriate to maximize the company’s internal communication effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Alumni Relations, Recruitment, Professional Development, Human Resources and other programs and initiatives in support of company goals and culture Works with appropriate personnel to create and maintain content for employee communication channels, and partners with the broader Marketing and IT teams to explores/recommends new channels or technologies where possible Manages content for the global company intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees Designs and drives high quality social media content and campaigns aligned with established branding related to recruiting efforts Position Requirements 2+ years of Healthcare experience required Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the company Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups Consistently demonstrates strong business acumen and judgment Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to build relationships and collaborate across the broader team Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with partners and staff at all levels Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance Paid vacation and holiday time 401(k) plan with matching contributions (employer match vested 100% from day 1) Pet Insurance Company paid life insurance FSA & HSA About Monogram Health Monogram Health is a next-generation, value-based chronic condition risk provider serving patients living with chronic kidney and end-stage renal disease and their related metabolic disorders.
