We are growing and looking for a friendly, service-driven, outgoing team member to help us fulfill our mission: “Making a positive difference in our neighbors' lives!” This full-time Teller position is located at our Hendersonville branch and offers a robust benefits package.
Working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:00* PM Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 6:00* PM Fridays
*plus time to wrap up and close, which varies by day
Duties/Expectations:
Must be able to accurately count cash and balance a teller drawer daily
Will learn to perform basic account maintenance on member accounts
Will learn to scan along with other daily responsibilities
Offer/suggest products and/or services to members
Must be outgoing and able to have discussions with our members regarding their needs
Must work well with others in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Punctual and reliable
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in use of PCs (Windows computers), calculators and other office equipment
Previous cash handling experience preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
In addition to a background and credit check, candidates must be able to pass a drug screen
