HR Assistant

Covenant Physician Partners is hiring a HR Assistant at our corporate headquarters located in Downtown Nashville, TN.
SHIFT: This is a hybrid position with 3-days in office in Nashville and 2-days work from home.
About the Opportunity This position provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources department.
Partners with management as an integral asset to the company and a valued contributing member of the Human Resources team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides first level response to employee inquiries via email, phone, live chat and employee case management.
Processes employee changes in HRIS system.
Run and distribute OIG.
Liaison with Communications team on HR communications for field.
Process reimbursements for associates.
Process photo badges for associates.
Assist in processing invoices for department.
Order supplies for Nashville office.
Use initiative to handle a wide variety of administrative support projects.
Provides general Human Resources support to the Human Resources team.
Various duties related to benefits or NSC office management responsibilities.
Other projects as assigned.
About the Candidate Three or more years of experience in corporate office setting required.
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
Superior customer service skills with positive phone personality / etiquette.
High standard of personal presentation, approachable, and demonstrates flexibility.
Excellent organizer with organizational ability for projects, events, etc.
Integrity and confidentiality are a must.
Strong attention to detail and works well under pressure, good multi-tasker, and ability to prioritize.
Proficient in common office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
