Standing Tall Music City is an outpatient counseling agency serving adults and youth in the state of Tennessee.
Standing Tall Music City is seeking a Licensed Master Level Independent Practitioner to work with a caseload of adjudicated juvenile youth or dependent and neglected youth, that are in state’s custody, in our Standing Tall Music City facility in Nashville, TN.
Position: Full Time Group Therapist (Masters Level or Licensed)
Job Description: Standing Tall Music City, a juvenile justice facility, is hiring a full-time therapist.
The therapist will conduct individual, family, and possibly group therapy sessions with our residents each week.
The therapist’s responsibilities include conducting sessions weekly (individual, family, group), completing all required documentation for sessions, planning sessions, participating in monthly treatment team for their caseload, and providing support in emergency situations.
This position requires flexibility, rapport building with staff and residents, the ability to work well with mandated clients, creativity, and the ability to enforce healthy boundaries.
Education Requirements: Masters in Counseling/Therapy/Social Work Qualifications: Master Level Therapist
Salary range: depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.
