What you’ll be doing:
· Must meet all SEIDS’s AA Technician requirements
· Full knowledge of air brakes, truck repairs, electrical systems, hydraulics, trailer body work, landing gear assembly, wheels, tires, welding, and fabrication
· Build and upkeep long term relationships with contractors and service providers
· Implement maintenance procedures under guidance of Manager and conduct regular team training
· Train maintenance team on safety policies and procedures
· Manage associates to ensure all maintenance processes and operations are followed
· Work with contractors and service providers
· Ensure associates follow safety policies and procedures
· Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in shop managers absence
· Monitor equipment and part inventory, ensuring availability to complete projects
· Leads, trains, and teaches Vehicle Wrap Technicians how to perform vehicle wrap installs.
· Properly prepare and setup to install vehicle graphics and/or wraps onto vehicle surfaces including, but not limited to full and partial wraps
What we’re looking for:
· Minimum 4 years’ experience within the maintenance field
· Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent in Facility Management or similar field
· Ability to train and manage mechanic staff
· Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and electrical systems
· Strong knowledge of equipment and machinery
· Excellent problem-solver and team player
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
· Able to wrap graphics and/or wraps into vehicle surface (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.
